The wooded area and meadow are planted to provide flowering through the year with hellebores and snowdrops in the winter, bluebells amongst the ferns in spring and a mass of meadow flowers throughout the summer. The newly planted rose bed is something to look forward to for summer 2016.

The Gardens

The gardens are roughly 3/4 of an acre and are a series connecting spaces divided into a dining terrace garden for enjoying the sunset, a lawned garden with a summerhouse, containing plenty of cushions for lying out on the grass and a wooded garden opening onto a wildflower meadow. A pathway links the gardens together with details to be discovered en route. The well-stocked games room is a joy for children to unearth, with a sofa and lovely views across the valley.
