Kitchen
The kitchen has a home from home feeling and is well equipped to cater for the family from snacks to feast. The warmth of the AGA is sublime to come home to after a long walk or the beach, great to cook on too. There’s also an electric oven, hob and dishwasher. The utility room is located next to the kitchen with washing machine, as is the separate downstairs shower room and WC.
Living Room
Lighting the wood burner in the living room and pouring a glass of something you fancy is the perfect start to a winter’s evening. The sofas are comfortable, the lighting is soft and the view from the window seat is idilic. There’s a well-stocked games trunk to entertain young and old, plenty of books to enjoy, and a large TV, DVD player and Freeview.
Bathrooms
Downstairs there is shower room and WC - perfect for those who come in sandy from a trip to the beach, or if the 16th century stairs are too challenging. Upstairs there’s a large family bathroom with a bath and shower, and the bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower room.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: This is a large room on the ground floor with a large double bed, sofa, TV, piano and French doors leading directly on to a courtyard garden. Bedroom 2: A large double bedroom on the first floor, it also has a single bed so is good for children or larger families. Bedroom 3: Another double bedroom with a charming French bed.
